Returns & Refunds
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A new replacement will be shipped to you If;
You added Guide Shipping Protection to your order prior to checking out and now are experiencing issues, such as lost, damaged, or stolen package. Please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.
For any other returns;
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Have your order number ready.
- Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
- You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
- Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
- Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
- We’ll deduct $8.99 from your refund to cover shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods if opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (These are considered final sale items).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full or partial (happens especially when an item is returned, due to return shipping cost) payment on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
