How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is FREE (USA...domestic shipping only).

Do you give discounts?

Occasionally, we would have sales, discounts or promotions with our products.
Check out our announcements on our homepage, our social media outlets, or sign up to receive emails from us. 

When will my order arrive?

After purchase, we will use about 1-2 days to process your order, pack, and then ship. Thereafter, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order while in transit and see when it should be arriving. In total, your product(s) should arrive in about 3-5 business days. Please note that holidays and the weekends can lengthen this time frame. 

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

We start to process orders immediately they are finalized. So, if you need to cancel, please let us know immediately because if the order has been processed and shipped out before we were notified of the cancellation, then the customer is responsible for the return cost. The product should be returned in its original condition. Please refer to our refund/return policy page for more information.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. 

Shipping Confirmation?
A shipping confirmation is emailed or texted (if you subscribed to text messaging) to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email or text. As soon as your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or other) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do (applies to domestic orders only). All international orders are non-returnable. Please refer to the Return policy page for our return policy.
